  • We provide AC Service, Electrician Services, Water Purifier Repair, Geyser Repair, and Chimney.
  • Service availability depends on location, technician availability, and booking slots.
  • Final service charges may vary based on the issue diagnosed by our technician.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through phone, website, or email.
  • Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and schedule.
  • After inspection, the technician will share the final cost before starting the work.

Pricing & Payments

  • All service charges follow our pricing policy and applicable taxes.
  • Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Online payment.
  • Prices for replacement parts will be shared and confirmed before installation.

Warranty

  • Service warranty (if applicable) may range between 7–30 days depending on the issue and service type.
  • Warranty is applicable only to services/parts mentioned at the time of service.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, pest issues, or third-party repair tampering.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue.
  • Ensure easy access to the appliance for inspection or repair.
  • Secure personal belongings before and during the service visit.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages such as data loss, commercial loss, or consequence damages.

We are responsible only for damages caused due to proven negligence by our technician.

Policy Updates

SS Smart Home Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be effective once published on our website.
