Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following conditions:

  • If the technician has not visited your location after booking.
  • If you have made an advance or full online payment and the service has not started.
  • If a defective part installed by us cannot be repaired or replaced.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the service is fully completed.
  • If the technician has already visited the location (inspection/visit charges apply).
  • If incorrect appliance details or wrong issue information is shared by the customer.
  • If the appliance is damaged due to third-party repair or pre-existing issues.
  • Charges for parts or materials purchased specifically for the customer are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
