Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.

If the technician is already on the way or has reached the location, a standard visiting charge will be applicable.

Company Cancellation

SS Smart Home Care reserves the right to cancel a booking due to the following reasons:

  • Unavailability of technicians
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Unsafe location or adverse weather conditions
  • Unexpected operational or technical issues

Customers will be informed in such cases, and rescheduling will be offered wherever possible.

Rescheduling Policy

Customers can reschedule their service appointment once at no extra cost, provided it is done at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Any additional rescheduling or last-minute changes may incur extra charges.
